Cancellation and Late Policy

At Haven Room Spa, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional spa experiences. In order to maintain our high standard of service and accommodate all our clients, we have established the following 24 Hour Appointment Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to fill the vacant slot with another guest who may be waiting for an appointment.

  • Cancellation Process: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by phone at (804) 534-1634 or by email at info@haven-room.com. You may also use our online booking system to make changes to your appointment.

  • Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Appointments that are canceled or rescheduled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be subject to a late cancellation/no-show fee. This fee will be equivalent to 50% of the total service cost and will be charged to the credit card on file or billed to the client.

  • Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, we encourage you to communicate with us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

  • Rebooking Policy: Clients who have incurred a late cancellation/no-show fee may be required to prepay for their next appointment in order to secure their booking.

  • Arrival Time: We recommend that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure you have ample time to check in, complete any necessary forms, and prepare for your treatment.

  • Respect for Therapists Time: Our therapists and staff members work diligently to provide you with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Your punctuality and adherence to the cancellation policy allow us to maintain a smooth flow of appointments and provide exceptional service to all clients.

Age Policy

All massage or skincare services for individuals under the age of 18 require the presence of a parent or guardian. For anyone under the age of 16, a parent or guardian is required to remain in the room throughout the session. Additionally, any guest in this age group receiving a service must have a parent or guardian complete and sign the intake form, granting permission for the specified service.
